Jingdong Hua is responsible for capital markets operations and oversees an annual funding programme of US$60 – 70 billion through IBRD and IDA debt issuances. He heads World Bank Treasury’s capacity building, advisory and capital market intermediation services in financial analytics, asset management, and financial solutions for its clients. He has held treasury positions at the International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank, United Nations Development Program, and African Development Bank.
