A former banking executive, Lincoln spent 19 years with the Standard Bank Group where he ended up as Head of Group Card and Payments. He is the former chairman of Diners Club, and sits on several boards. Lincoln has led and managed large and diverse teams across different geographies and business units while also growing and developing many individuals into leadership positions. He is a highly regarded speaker and prolific writer on topics he is most passionate about, including leadership, ethics and integrity, transformation and societal change. He spends his spare time coaching and guiding young, up and coming leaders.
