Conlog embarks on a professional coaching programme with Wits Business School

On 15 September, Conlog (Pty) Ltd, in association with Wits Business School (WBS), embarked on an eight-month Coaching for Professional Development Programme. Conlog is a world leader in the electricity prepayment industry.

Executives, directors and senior managers from Conlog will benefit from 12 individual coaching sessions each, provided by WBS’s highly professional and experienced coaches.

Conlog CEO Mr Logan Moodley launched the programme, referring to the Coaching for Professional Development Programme as a means for “becoming the best version of ourselves”. Programme Director Karen Miedzinski facilitated an “Introduction to Coaching” training day, the purpose of which was to introduce delegates to coaching in order to maximise the benefits and impact that coachees get from an executive coaching process.

“A big thank you to Ahmed Ashruf and Nancy Naidu from Conlog for all of their hard work in setting this initiative in motion,” said Alison Foote, Programme Director of the Coaching Centre at WBS. “They have played a critical role in collaborating with WBS to ensure that the programme meets the needs of Conlog for world class leadership development.

She added: “It is exciting to see how Conlog are investing in their leadership team and WBS is looking forward to a productive and exciting collaboration with Conlog as they embark on this coaching journey”.
