On 31 May 2022, WBS held the second in a series of webinars on employee ownership in order to address the questions: to what extent can the rights of workers be unlocked through employee ownership, and could this be a game-change for socio-economic development in South Africa?

Our guest speakers, Prof Paul Cantrill and Mr Rhodri Packman from CWMPAS, the main cooperative development agency in Wales, shared with us the Welsh experience of employee ownership. Also on the panel were Mr Mzwakhe Mbatha, Mr Tendani Nelwamondo and Dr Jenika Gobind.
