Hot on the heels of its successful reaccreditation with AMBA (the Association of MBAs), Wits Business School (WBS) has been awarded associate membership of UNICON.

UNICON, a global consortium of business school-based executive education organisations based in Minnesota, USA, made the announcement at a recent team development conference.

“We are thrilled to be a part of such a vital organisation which brings together the best executive education institutions around the world,” said Dr Timothy Hutton, Acting Director of Executive Education at WBS. “This is an important step for WBS as it will open up many global networking opportunities and will enable us to benchmark ourselves against the best.”

The main activities of UNICON include conferences, research, benchmarking, sharing of best practices, staff development, recruitment/job postings, information‐sharing, and networking. Its vision is for member organisations to stay at the forefront of the industry and together help create the future of the executive education industry globally.
